AI Job Search (“the service”) at https://aijobsearch.io provides job-search tooling: resume tools, application tracking, and interview preparation materials, with smart matching features in development.

The service is in active development. Features roll out in stages — check the dashboard for what's live in your account. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You need an account to use paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Business use is 18+ only.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Free — $0. No card required.
Core — $29.99/month.
Pro — $59.99/month.

Paid plans are billed immediately on purchase through our payment processor (Stripe) and renew monthly until cancelled. There is no free trial period. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future billing.

Business plans are priced separately by contract — contact us for a quote.

4. Your content

Content you provide — your resume/CV, work history, target roles, saved jobs, and application-tracking entries — remains yours. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service (store, process, and display your content back to you).

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide, and you must not upload content you don't have the right to share.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our systems.
Scrape, bulk-download, or resell the service or its content.
Upload malicious code or interfere with the service's operation.
Misrepresent your identity or qualifications.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. No guarantee of employment outcomes

AI Job Search provides tools to support your job search. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment, and our tools do not replace your own judgment when applying for roles or making career decisions.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
